First I would like to commend you for taking the time to research the person that will be helping you with your real estate needs. Most people never take the time to find out who they are working with, what skills they posses, how long they've been in the business, if they're a full time real estate professional, and what services they offer.
I've been licensed in real estate for over 10 years. I attended college in California for business & real estate. I started my career with Coldwell Banker in California back in 1998, which was very successful and allowed me to start my own personal real estate investment portfolio. I spent a large portion of my time in California working with traditional single family home buyers and entry level investors. I learned a great deal from many of the investor clients of mine during my early years in the business and later used that knowledge to further my personal success in real estate. I truly love the art of real estate and helping people succeed in their real estate goals. This passion led me to become a very well respected professional with a solid reputation in the industry.
The second chapter in my real estate career brought me to Las Vegas Nevada. I came to Las Vegas back in 2000 and had my first home built from scratch. This was the first new home I had ever built. I purchased this home as a second home originally (since I still had multiple properties in California), but before I knew it I was spending most of my time here in Las Vegas. During this period of time I was involved in many real estate investments & development projects in the US and overseas. I started a real estate development company and was actively structuring development projects for myself and other investors. Shortly after this time I decided to become licensed in the state of Nevada and rebuild my real estate career with Prudential. I've since become a top producing agent and achieved various industry awards for production.
I'm currently active in residential real estate with Prudential, commercial real estate with my development company, and a number of other entrepreneurial ventures that keep me very busy. I have a very fundamental outlook on real estate and investing, which most of my clients find refreshing. Since I love almost everything about real estate, it's more of a passion than a career. I like to teach my clients and help them make educated decisions with all their real estate investments (whether buying a single family home or an apartment building). I believe in the art of sharing knowledge and showing people how to look beyond the newspaper headlines to understand the real estate market on a deeper level. My goal is to help people find their own personal place in the market, and not to follow their neighbor or family member, etc. Everyone's situation is different, and I teach people to embrace those differences, and put together a plan that fits their life.
I'm at a place in my career right now where I'm able to enjoy the work I do and choose which clients I decide to work with. Having acquired knowledge over the years from real life situations; I can guide my clients through all the things they won't find in a real estate textbook and help find a place for them to grow within any market.
It was a pleasure introducing myself, and I look forward to helping you, your friends, and your family with any real estate assistance you may need now and in the future.
